ORBIS Industrial Solutions
ORBIS supports the U.S. Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP), a long-term initiative to modernize the nation’s four public shipyards and ensure they meet the maintenance needs of the nuclear-powered fleet. Internationally, ORBIS is performing a Submarine Rotational Force-West (SRF-W) Gap Analysis to support Australian Shipbuilding Company (ASC) in developing a SSN Submarine Support System Plan and Industrial Workforce Plan for the AUKUS SSN Sustainment program. This effort identifies recruitment and training needs and facilitates U.S.-based training placements for ASC employees, preparing Australia’s future Virginia Class sustainment workforce.
