Systems Customer and Operations Support
Orbis Incorporated is currently looking for qualified people to fill an anticipated opening on our technical staff in our Portsmouth, NH office.
The requirements are as follows
- Maintain Level 1 Help Desk for Customer Support Center
- Create product CDs for distribution, Maintenance Standards (MS) MULTI (Multiple Classes) , MS 021 Class, MS TRIDENT Class, MS 774 Class, MS United Kingdom (UK), Test Procedures(TP) CD, TP(Confidential), TP Web, TRIDENT Planned Equipment Replacement (TRIPER) Information Notebook, Unrestricted Operations (URO) Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRC) by Class
- Monitor applications to verify availability online, move files to folders as required and perform file transfers
- Maintain customer and system operational process and procedural documentation
- Produce Weekly Metrics - Cost, Performance and Quality Measures and Return on Investment Metrics.
